Warranty Commitment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are committed to the stability and long-term performance of our LCD modules, display assemblies, and custom interface solutions. Unless otherwise specified in the quotation, sales contract, or product datasheet, a <strong>standard 12-month limited warranty<\/strong> is provided from the shipping date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Warranty Coverage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions during the warranty period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Covered Components:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>TFT LCD modules (TN \/ IPS \/ TFT variants)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacitive and resistive touch panels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optical bonding materials (OCA \/ LOCA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FPC cables, connectors, and interface boards (if supplied by us)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driver ICs, touch ICs, and related integrated circuits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Covered Conditions:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abnormal dead pixels exceeding industry or agreed standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Touch function failure or signal detection loss<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Backlight failure under normal operating conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Display instability caused by internal circuit defects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bonding issues such as delamination or bubble formation within specified environmental limits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Warranty Exclusions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This warranty does not cover issues caused by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improper integration, assembly, or mechanical design by the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over-voltage, reverse polarity, or ESD beyond specification limits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mechanical damage, bending, impact, or physical stress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operation outside specified temperature or humidity ranges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized modification, soldering, or repair attempts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Natural aging effects such as slight brightness reduction or minor color shift<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom-developed products (e.g., customized FPC, cover glass, logo integration), except confirmed manufacturing defects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Warranty Period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Standard warranty: <strong>12 months from shipping date<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extended warranty (18\u201336 months) may be available for long-term or strategic projects, confirmed during quotation stage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The applicable warranty period will be confirmed on invoice, packing list, or contract documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Warranty Claim Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a product issue occurs during the warranty period, please contact your assigned sales engineer directly. Our sales and engineering teams will jointly evaluate and support the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Information:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Purchase order number or invoice reference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product part number and batch number (if available)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description of the issue and usage environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos or videos clearly showing the defect<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our technical team will review the case within <strong>3\u20135 business days<\/strong> and confirm whether it qualifies as a warranty claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important:<\/strong><br>Do not return any products without written confirmation from our team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
