Standard Products

For standard products purchased directly from QIHAN, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • The item is not damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse.
  • A return request has been approved by our sales team before shipment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error caused by QIHAN.

Customized Products

Customized products, including but not limited to:

  • Custom OLED Displays
  • Custom TFT Display Modules
  • Customized HMI Panels
  • ODM/OEM Display Solutions
  • Special Firmware or Interface Development
  • Customized Mechanical Structures

are manufactured according to customer-specific requirements and therefore cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

We recommend that customers carefully review all drawings, specifications, samples, and approval documents before confirming production.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product model
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

Our engineering and quality teams will review the case and provide a solution, which may include:

  • Product replacement
  • Repair service
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (when applicable)

Order Cancellation

Standard Products

Orders for standard products may be canceled before shipment.

Customized Products

Customized orders may only be canceled before engineering design, material procurement, or production has begun. Any costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, and country, but typically take 5–15 business days after approval.
